A 75-day small habits challenge built for real people with real lives - no pressure, no perfection, no starting over with the flip of a calendar page. One small daily habit that makes you feel more at home in your body and your life before the new year begins.

We all know that most resolutions don’t last. Studies show most people slip off by early February, which is why starting small now works better than going all-in later.

Research suggests that many healthy habits become automatic after about 2 months of gentle consistency. So if you start small today, by January 1st, you’re already halfway there!

75 Soft is our winter invitation to soften into your life - not overhaul it

While everybody else gears up for high-pressure New Year’s resolutions, let’s do the opposite. Resolutions start with great intentions, but by early February, about 80% of people have already abandoned them. Not because we’re failures - but because resolutions are too big and too sudden. So, we’re beginning now, in December, when energy is low, days are short, and life is way too busy to start something new.

We’re not chasing intensity - we’re cultivating stability.

The challenge is simple:
Every day, choose one act that feels active, nourishing, or grounding & document it with a photo.

A walk. A yoga session. A nutritious meal. A moment of tidying up. Time on the Reformer. Breathwork before bed. Buying yourself flowers. Ten minutes of movement. Five minutes of stillness.

One thing, every day, that helps you feel like you’re taking care of yourself.

These small daily choices build the kind of strength you can actually live in - quiet, steady, real. There’s a kind of power that comes from consistency, even when the actions are tiny.

How to Participate

  • Pick up or download a 75 Soft calendar. Follow it, or use it as inspo for your daily action: Movement. Hydration. Nourishment. Tidying. Rest. Something that supports you.

  • Take a photo, a quick video, or mark it off on the calendar. This is for you - a little breadcrumb trail back to yourself.

  • (Optional but encouraged!)
    Post to Insta or TikTok, tag us @pearlmovementstudio so we can cheer each other on and share your real-life wins.
