  • SUNSET YOGA AT THE MORRIS, 6/16

    A special Sunset Yoga session at The Morris Yacht Club pier. Treat yourself to a relaxing yoga flow as we watch the sunset over the Manhattan skyline. The evening will include a grounding vinyasa, restorative yin postures, and guided meditation. The workshop is open to all levels. Embrace wellness this spring, breathe deeply, and find your inner peace as you move with the rhythm of the waves. Please bring your own yoga mat. This workshop is held outdoors and is weather permitting.

  • PELHAM PARK MINI-RETREAT, 6/19

    A mini hiking & yoga retreat right in City Island’s backyard with Amy Marini. The morning will begin with a guided hike of the Twin Island Trail loop in Pelham Bay Park followed by an hour of restorative yoga on Orchard Beach. Experience the healing benefits of forrest bathing as we immerse ourselves in nature & explore the park’s beautiful seaside trails. Feel free to linger on after our yoga practice and take a dip in the ocean!  

  • MIND-BODY PILATES MARATHON, 6/21

    A special 3-part workshop designed to energize, strengthen, and reset your body and mind. Led by the vibrant Ana Maria, we’ll move through Pilates on the Barre, Reformer Flow, and Power Yoga & Mobility - with breaks in between to rest and reset. This circuit is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their movement practice in a mindful, connected way. As a special bonus, Ana Maria’s personal “pain coach,” physical therapist Rosana, will join us at the end to share tips on pain management, injury prevention, and recovery techniques you can use before and after training. During breaks, she’ll also offer optional mini chair massages - safe, targeted, and preventative bodywork to help you stay aligned and feel your best. All levels welcome, with modifications throughout!
