YIN + BLOOM, 8/3
A soulful, seasonal ritual that blends yin yoga, meditation, guided journaling and a cup of tea/cacao in one ceremony. Each month, we’ll align with nature’s rhythms to explore a new theme rooted in emotional healing, energetic alignment, and inner transformation. This is a ceremony of stillness and self-connection, ideal for those looking to slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves. Held at the start of each month to help ground intentions and carry that energy forward.
All materials for our time together will be provided. Dress comfortably & arrive with an open mind.

SUNSET YOGA + SOUND JOURNEY AT THE MORRIS, 8/4
A special Sunset Yoga and Soundbath session at The Morris Yacht Club pier. Treat yourself to a relaxing yoga flow as we watch the sunset over the Manhattan skyline. The evening will include a grounding vinyasa, restorative yin postures, and guided meditation. The workshop is open to all levels. During this practice, various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks or chimes are used to produce sound vibrations that can stimulate the body's natural healing process. Embrace the vibrations, breathe deeply, and find your inner peace as you move with the rhythm of the waves. Please bring your own yoga mat. This workshop is held outdoors and is weather permitting.

Candlelit Sound Journey, 8/17
Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath. Each workshop is thoughtfully designed to support your well-being and may include a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, or yoga nidra to help you arrive and settle into the space. You'll then be guided into a sound bath using overtone-emitting instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, and other harmonic tools that invite the body into a state of deep rest. Let the gentle vibrations wash over you, melting away stress, encouraging emotional release, and awakening your body’s innate healing processes. We’ll close with a nourishing tea and space for quiet reflection or meaningful connection.

MIND-BODY PILATES MARATHON, 8/9
A special 3-part workshop designed to energize, strengthen, and reset your body and mind. Led by the vibrant Ana Maria, we’ll move through Reformer Flow, Pilates on the Barre and Hatha yoga —with breaks in between to rest and reset. This mini-retreat is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their movement practice in a mindful, connected way. All levels welcome, with modifications throughout!
