Classes take place in our airy, light-filled studios on City Island and in Mott Haven - places where you can come in, leave the outside world behind, and just move. No judgment, no stress – just good vibes and a community that feels like family. We provide mats, bolsters, blocks, Pilates Reformers, weights, and any other equipment you might need. Just wear something comfortable and bring your body!
