THE PEARL FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP – ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

Welcome to The Pearl community! By joining as a Founding Member, you’re committing to a full year of movement, strength, and connection. Please read through the details of your membership:

MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT

• Annual Term: Founding Memberships are billed once annually and are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased. Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership, and the cost difference will be charged or refunded at a pro-rated rate at the start of the next monthly credit cycle.

• Two-Year Price Lock: Your special Founding Membership rate is locked in for two full years, should you renew after your first term.

• Multi-Studio Access: Credits can be used at both our City Island and Mott Haven studios.

• Taxes & Fees Included: No hidden costs - your membership price is all-inclusive.

CLASS CREDITS & ROLLOVER

• You’ll receive 100 credits each month to put toward classes, workshops, or private training sessions.

• Rollover Policy: Up to 16 unused credits can roll over from one month to the next. Credits that remain unused at the end of your annual term will expire.

CANCELLATIONS & PAUSES

• 12-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your credits. Missed or late-cancelled classes will result in loss of the credits.

• Annual Freebie Late-Cancel: Each member gets one free late-cancel per year. Just contact the studio to apply it.

• Pause Option: If you’re traveling, injured, pregnant, or need a break, you can pause your membership. Pauses must be at least one week long, with both a start and end date provided. During this time, your credits will be on hold.
