THE PEARL’S PRIVATE PARTY CONTRACT

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Please carefully read the info below, and sign the contract to confirm your party at The Pearl 🥳

PRIVATE EVENT CLASS & SPACE RENTAL TERMS

City Island: $300 for a single class, $250 for a second class if applicable

City Island Reformer Capacity: 8 guests, Mat/Dance Capacity: 10 guests

Mott Haven: $450 for a single class, $350 for a second class if applicable

Mott Haven Reformer Capacity: 12, Mat/Dance Capacity: 12 guests

BASE RENTAL INCLUDES:

  • One 50-minute private class (Reformer or Mat/Dance) 

  • Private class created in Walla and shared via private registration link 

  • Use of the studio space

  • 30 minutes of setup time before the event

  • 30 minutes of breakdown time after the event

  • Pearl staff member present for the full duration of the event 

ADD-ONS:

  • Additional studio time: $50/hour to eat, hang out, & take photos

  • Extended setup or breakdown time: $25/hour

  • Additional classes: +$250 per class on CI, $350 per class in MH

  • Please note: if you don’t anticipate extended studio time, but end up using it on the day, it will be added to the final bill. We do have scheduled classes as well, so sometimes additional time in the studio (if not pre-booked) is not possible, and your party will have a “hard out” time.

FOOD + DRINK POLICY:

  • The Pearl is able to provide mixed charcuterie boards and juices, at $65 each. We recommend one board for every four people. Let us know if you have any preferences, allergies, etc. Please let us know of you need us to supply plates, cups, utensils etc, or if you prefer to provide them yourself (to fit into a specific theme/color). 

  • Table and table cloth provided

  • You are welcome to bring your own food, or bring in outside caterers, but please allow for ample time to set up. If you would like us to assist in outside catering, a 20% coordination fee will be added to the catering cost. If bringing your own food, please provide all plates, cups, utensils, etc. 

  • BYOB allowed for guests 21+

  • No dishwashing facilities available, dishes may NOT be washed in the bathroom sink 

  • No open flames or heating devices allowed (aside from birthday candles)

BOOKING PROCESS:

  • Host must create Walla profile and add a valid credit card with which we will charge a $250 (plus tax) deposit

  • Private class link via Walla; guests must sign up and complete waiver 

  • Remainder of payment processed through Walla and paid on the day of the party

  • Setup assistance available 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Free cancellation ($250 Deposit refund): 12+ days before event 

    50% Deposit refund ($125): 4–11 days before event

  • No refund: Within 3 days of event 

LIABILITY:
Client assumes full responsibility for guest behavior and property respect. All attendees must sign our waiver. The Pearl is not liable for injury or loss. Damage to studio or equipment will be charged to client. 

  • Children under 12 must be supervised

  • Be mindful of noise, especially evenings

  • Confirm all event details 5 days in advance

OTHER NOTES:

  • You may provide decor for your party, we can assist in setting it up

  • You may bring your own music/playlists

  • For Reformer classes, guests must wear grip socks. Many hosts like to gift socks to their friends as a thank-you, or they are available for purchase at the studio ($16)
